Alma Healing Psychological Care is a therapy practice and healing space created by Dr. Sam del Castillo.
Providing services in person in Redwood City and virtually throughout California.
Dr. Sam del Castillo (they/elle) is a licensed psychologist and gender expert with experience working with people with a wide range of concerns, including exploring/questioning sexuality and gender, parenting, trying to conceive/infertility, perinatal OCD and anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, anxiety and panic disorder, grief, impostor syndrome, difficulties with embodiment (body image, eating concerns, eating disorders), substance use, and masculinity.
Whether you are struggling with figuring out who you truly are, what kind of relationships you want to have, are tired of being “the strong one,” or want to process past experiences, it would be an honor to work with you.
